71 Nile Street, Shoreditch.
Conversion of 1930's public house to bar/restaurant and five luxury apartments.

Sondheim Theatre, Piccadilly.
The project was split into specialist packages with Amicus carrying out the structural alteration work, door replacement package and the installation of new handrails and barriers.

Roux at Skindles. Taplow.
Taking possession of a purpose-built shell, the Amicus team were tasked with delivering a fit-out that included a cocktail bar, private and public dining rooms, external terraces and a commercial kitchen.

Burberry concession, Selfridges, Oxford Street.
The Amicus management team has more than 25 years of experience delivering high-end fit-outs. We have worked in most of the major retail stores in Knightsbridge, Piccadilly and Oxford Street.

13 Apartments, Aylesbury town centre.
This multi-storey apartment block was completed for a developer on a design-and-build basis. To fast-track the programme, the building was designed using timber frame construction.

Extensions & alterations to Montpelier Terrace, Knightsbridge.
This early 19th century terraced house underwent major refurbishment works, including substantial alterations to the building’s superstructure and the creation of a new basement that covered the complete footprint of the property.
